Hi, ich vermiete ab dem 1.7.2024 - 1.7.2025 eine sehr schöne Altbauwohnung mitten im Schillerkiez (Schillerpromenade) 1 Minute vom Flugfeld (Tempelhofes Freiheit) entfernt. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert aber sie ist nicht WG-geeignet.

Die Wohnung hat 70 qm, ein schönes Wohnzimmer mit Balkon zur Schillerpromenade und ein Arbeite/Schlafzimmer nach hinten hinaus zu einem ruhigen Hof.

Hi, I'm renting out my flat (70sqm) in the beautiful Schillerkiez from 1st of July 2024 until 1st of July 2025. For one year or a shorter period. I am looking for one person or a couple to rent it - please NO WG's.

The flat comes with all the furniture and you should not bring to much with you if you want to rent it.

The flat does have 2 rooms, one living room with a nice balcony facing Schillerpromenade and the church on the square and one room facing the quiet backyard for sleeping and working.
Lage

Das Flugfeld auf dem man wunderbar den Sommer verbringen kann befindet sich 1 Minute von der Wohnung entfernt und zum nächsten Edeka sind es 15 Meter. Bars, Cafés, Restaurants und Spätis gibt es jede Menge, für jeden was.

Die nächste U Bahn ist 3 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt (U8 Boddinstrasse).

The Tempelhofer Airfield is a great place to hang out the whole summer day. It is only 1 minute away from my flat. To the next supermarket it is 15 meters...Bars, Cafés, Restaurants you can find anything just around the corner.

The next metro station is 3 minutes away (U8 Boddinstrasse)
