Renting out my flat whilst I am travelling. So it is only available during those specific dates and for the whole term of the rental. We can discuss flexibility of a couple of days.
Beautiful, bright 2 room flat with south exposed sunny terrace. Perfect warm nest to discover Berlin or transitioning between homes.
Completely renovated 4 years ago, the flat is 60m2 on the 5th floor with an elevator and is very well heat-isolated. Since it’s on the rooftop and has a ceiling window, the apartment is very bright. The 10m2 terrace is facing south so the sun shines in all day though the glass walls (when it is not cloudy 😉). My plants will be your roommates and will need some caring :)
The apartment has a fully equipped modern kitchen with an oven and an electric stove. The bathroom has a shower with waterfall head and a normal one plus a washing machine. The living room has a nice comfortable couch that can be opened into a bed to enjoy the TV with Netflix. A stereo for music is available, TV and super fast WIFI. Electricity, water and heating is included.
The room is warm and comfortable. Very quiet.

Located in at the intersection of Weserstrasse and Treptower Strasse in Neukolln, you are a 10 min walk to all the bars and restaurants on trendy Weserstrasse. The bus 41 will take you in 2 stops to the S-Bahn Ring (S-42 and S-41 that take you all around Berlin) and 4 stops to Hermannplatz from which you can go directly to Kotti or Prenzlauer Berg. A 10 min walk takes you to the U-bahn line 7 station Karl-Marx Strasse.
Close by to the canal, it’s a great location to go out for walks. Discover the Maybashufer food market on Tuesday and Friday. Supermarkets : Rewe (2min), Lidl (5min) close by. Just downstairs, you can enjoy amazing vegan burgers at Love Burger or coffee and cakes at Cafe Ohne Titel.
Rent : 1000 euros per month. Paid depending on the number of days you stay.
Deposit : 1000 euros to be paid upon signature of the contract. That way, you are guaranteed the flat is reserved and I am guaranteed that you will show :)
This is for 1 person. The rent will be higher for a couple because of increased housing costs due to crazy electricity and heating prices. (1100 euros per month).
