Beautiful apartment in Neukölln from the 29th of December

Dear all, I sublet my beautiful and bright apartment in Neukölln between the canal and Sonnenallee (the map shows the wrong address). It is fully furnished and available from the 27th of December until the 12th of January or potnetially also longer. The apartment has 60 m2 and consist of a big living room with balcony, a bedroom with 140cm queensize bed, small bathroom with a shower and a spacious kitchen. Next underground station is Rathaus Neukölln which is only a 8 minute walk away. The house is on a quiet street but the neighborhood is vibrant with the canal and a litte park nearby, as well as many cafes, bars and stores around the corner.

The monthly price is 1200 Euro including everything.

Pets, Party and smoking are not allowed.

Wunderschöne und helle Berliner Altbau-Wohnung in Neukölln nahe Wildenbruchplatz und Kanal (die Karte unten wird falsch angezeigt) zur Untermiete vom 27.12.-12.01 (nach Absprache auch länger).

Die Wohnung ist 60qm groß, hat ein großes, helles Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit 140er Doppelbett, eine geräumige Küche mit Esstisch und ein kleines Duschbad. Der nächste U-Bahnhof ist Rathaus Neukölln ( 8 Minuten zu Fuß) Bushaltestellen u.a. des M41ers der direkt zum Hauptbahnhof fährt (3 Min zu Fuß).

Die Wohnung liegt im 4. OG und ist ruhig und die Hausgemeinschaft sehr jung und nett.
Haustiere, Rauchen und Parties sind nicht gestattet.

1200 ist die Monatsmiete, bei kürzerem Aufenthalt (mind 7 Tage) würde ich den Preis dementsprechend anpassen.
