Zur Wohnung:

Es ist ein sehr geräumiges Appartement im Reuterkiez. Es hat eine gut ausgestattete Küche und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne.
Das Wohnzimmer ist groß ,gemütlich und Hell.
Das Obergeschoss hat ein Loft Bett und die Decken sind so hoch, dass es komplett ein Zimmer für sich ist.
Es ist ruhig am Tag und in der Nacht, da es keine Hauptstraße ist und man hat alles was man braucht in der Nähe. Lidl ist nur 5 Minuten und REWE 8 Minuten entfernt.
Rathaus Neukölln und Hermannplatz sind beide 6mn zu Fuß.
Die Hasenheide ist auch sehr nah, ebenso wie Restaurants/Bars aller Art.

Ich liebe diese Wohnung sehr und suche jemanden, der sich gut um die Wohnung und die Pflanzen kümmert.

About the flat:

It's a very spacious flat im Reuterkiez. It has a good equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. It has a kind of large living room, whre the sofa and desk are and upstairs you have a loft bad and ceilings are so high that it's completely a room by itself. It's calm during the day and night since it's not a principle street and you have eveything close, Lidl is just 5 mn away and REWE is 8mn away.
Rathaus neukölln and Hermannplatz are both 6mn by feet.
Hasenheide is also very close as well as restaurants/bars of all kinds.

I love this flat very much and take care of it so I am looking for someone respectful of the space and who would take good care of the flat and the plants.
