1 Month: Bright 2-room balcony Neukölln appartement

I'm renting my beautifully decorated, spacious and very bright 2 room appartement with balcony.
My appartement is perfectly located close to all great areas in Kreuzberg and Neukölln. You only live 5min by feeet to Hasenheide park and 10 min to Tempelhofer Feld and Schillerkiez. Kreuzkölln (Reuterkiez) is only 10 min away. Connection by official transport is perfect as there are 3 stations close by: Boddinstraße (3min) U8 which connects you perfectly with Mitte. U Hermannplatz is only 8 min by feet.
In my appartement you can relax after days of exploring the city. High ceilings, stucco elements, painted wooden floor, lots of plants, warm atmosphere. It's a bohemian place-not perfectly renovated but unique, cozy and very charming. There is also a big table in the kitchen now and a new sofa and
big papasan chair in the living room (not in the photos).
Of course you are free to use all the gadgets: washing machine, oven, stove freezer, shower, mixer, etc.
I'm happy about messages with a bit more of information about you and your stay. :) I prefer
a responsible and caring couple or a single person, no party people please.
I hand out a limited short term contract to you. Paymnet is needed in advance including the caution fee which you will immediately get back after moving out. You can also write me in German, as I'm native speaker :)
