Hi! I'm planning to spend 3 or 4 weeks abroad and would like to sublet my apartment. Not trying to make money, I just want to even out my running costs and efforts and offer this lovely place to someone to enjoy Berlin :) I'm a bit flexible on the dates, just message me! Stay of at least two weeks preferable (€700/2 weeks, €950/3 weeks)
It's a fully equipped two-room apartment with a sunny balcony facing south (German-style two-room: bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom).
Since the flat is in the back house overlooking the courtyard, it's super calm and the busy main street won't affect your sleep at all!
This is what you'll find here;
- a 1,60m bed, work desk, and chest of drawers for your use in the bedroom. Pretty firm comfy mattress.
- a living room with a couch and TV, a dinner table for 2, and another little work desk in the living room
- a fully equipped small kitchen, including washing mashine and dish washer
- bathroom with bathtub
- Wifi (~85 mbps download, 11 upload) plus possibility to use LAN Internet
- an elevator all the way to the 3.5th floor (the apartmet is in the 4th so just a couple steps to go)
- sunny balcony with outdoor furniture
- yard for bicycles
- lots of house plant friends :)
Right at Sonnenallee 5 mins from Ubahn Rathaus Neukölln.
The area is super multi cultural and lively which I enjoy a lot. It feels safe too and I never had issues although of course the Kiez doesn't feel as orderly and tidy as Prenzlauer Berg or Charlottenburg ;) There's a police station right next door.
3 mins walk to Weserstraße with all the bars and restaurants and cafés. Right at Sonnenallee where you will find all shops, bus stops, Spätis etc.
Supermarkets 5-10mins walk (Lidl, Rewe, Biocompany).
The canal (Paul-Linke-Ufer) and park (Wildenbruchplatz) are also 5-10 mins by walking.
Closest Ubahn is Rathaus Neukölln (5mins walk), the closest Ringbahnstations are Sonnenallee (10mins by bus) and Treptower Park (10-15mins by bus) and there are direct bus connections to Ostkreuz and Hauptbahnhof (central station).

I prefer calm grown-up tenants as I dearly love this place and all that's in it and would like you to treat it with care and love too. Therefore I'd love to get to know you in person or in a call before you move in. With respect the neighbors no parties are allowed ;)
I’d be very happy about a tenant who’s happy to water the plants.
Let's do everything as official as possible with a contract. Anmeldung will probably not be possible sadly due to the spontaneity of me renting.
