2 room apartment near Tempelhofer Feld (Neukölln)

Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock Hinterhaus mit Südblick. Tagsüber sind Wohn- und Schlafzimmer durch die direkte Sonneneinstrahlung lichtdurchflutet. Wenn man aus den Fenstern sieht man nur Bäume, die nächsten Gebäude sind 70m entfernt. Die ganze Wohnung wurde vor 3 Jahren kernsaniert und ist dementsprechend noch frisch. Außerdem lebt man sehr ruhig, dadurch, dass sich die Wohnung im Hinterhaus befindet. Es ist wirklich mucksmäuschenstill. Im Sommer schlafe ich immer bei offenem Fenster.

Das Schlafzimmer hat eine 180x200 Memory-Schaum-Matratze und einen selbstgebauten Kleiderschrank. Ich werde den Schrank frei räumen, damit ihr allen Platz für euch habt.

Im Wohnzimmer gibt es großes Sofa auf das man sich schön fläzen und die Sonne auf die Plauze auf den Bauch scheinen lassen kann. Außerdem steht da noch ein schöner Ohrensessel und einen kleine Anlage von Logitech zu Musik hören.

Dann habe ich noch ein zweites Wohn-/Esszimmer mit ca. 25m². Ein Zimmer bleibt verschlossen, um meine Privatsachen dort zu lagern. Wir können gemeinsam entscheiden, welches das sein soll.

Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne und einen Handtuchtrockner. Außerdem natürlich eine Waschmaschine.

Die Küche hat einen Geschirrspüler, einen Herd mit Ofen und mehrere Schränke.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the rear building with a south-facing view. During the day, the living room and bedroom are flooded with light from the direct sunlight. Looking out of the windows you can only see trees, the nearest buildings are 70m away. The whole apartment was completely renovated 3 years ago and is therefore still fresh. In addition, you live very quietly, because the apartment is in the back building. It really is as quieT, nocity noises whatsoever. In summer I always sleep with the window open.

The bedroom has a 180x200 memory foam mattress and a custom built wardrobe. I'll clear out the wardrobe so you all have room for yourselves.

In the living room there is a large sofa where you can relax and let the sun shine on your stomach. There is also a nice armchair and a small sound system from Logitech for listening to music.

Then I do have another living/dining room which has ~25m². One room will be locked so I can keep my private stuff in there. We can decide togethet which one that will be.

The bathroom has a bathtub and a towel dryer. In addition, of course, a washing machine.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, stove with oven and several cupboards.
