I would like to find a Nachmieter to take over the flat starting in September (move-in date negotiable). The initial rental period is 2 months and Anmeldung would be possible after 2 months (when the flat is taken over).
About the flat:
The apartment is furnished, having three rooms (bedroom, living room, and a small office/gym room, please see photos) with a bathroom and kitchen, total 58 sqm.
It is on the third floor (the top) in a quiet neighborhood. Most of the neighbors are senior citizens and are sensitive to noise. Smoking and pets are not allowed either.
Location:
- 5 mins walking distance to M2 Prenzlauer Promenade/Am Steinberg (Berlin)
- 10 mins walking distance to U2 Vinetastr.
- 20 mins to Alexanderplatz by public transport
- 10 mins walking distance to Prenzlauer Berg and you can reach tons of restaurants and cafes
Important to know:
1. No Anmeldung at the first 2 months
2. Financial proof is required: 3 months of payslips and a permanent working contract
3. Liability insurance required
4. Agree to take over the furniture (2000 EUR in total)
