Ich möchte gerne meine voll ausgestattete 2-Zimmerwohnung vom 1. Mai bis 31. Mai 2020 untervermieten. Eine Anmeldung ist nicht möglich.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem kleinen Flur, einem kleinen Badezimmer mit Dusche, sowie einem Wohnzimmer von dem die Küche (siehe Fotos) abgeht und einem Schlafzimmer (siehe Fotos).
Waschmaschine (Küche) und Trockner (Schlafzimmer) sind vorhanden.
Im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine Schlafcouch (ausgezogen 160x200cm) und das Bett im Schlafzimmer hat die Maße 140x200cm.
Natürlich mache ich noch Platz für Eure Klamotten ;).
Unter sonstige Kosten fallen Internet, Strom und GEZ.
Ein Hund ist willkommen :).

I would like to sublet my fully furnished 2-room flat starting from 1st of May until 31st of May.
Registration ("Anmeldung") is not possible.
The flat consists of a small hallway, a small bathroom with a shower, a living room with attached kitchen (see pictures) and a bedroom (see pictures).
There´s a washing machine (kitchen) and a dryer (bedroom).
There´s a convertible sofa in the living room (folded out it measures 160x200cm) and the bed measures 140x200cm.
Of course I will make some space for your belongings like clothes ;).
Miscellaneous costs include internet, electricity and TV tax ("Rundfunkbeitrag"/GEZ).
A dog is welcome :).

Die Wohnung ist ruhig und im Grünen gelegen. Der Plänterwald ist schnell zu Fuß erreicht, der Treptower Park ist ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt. Perfekt für Hundehalter :).
Die Buslinien 165/166 und 265 sind in 5 Minuten, die nächste S-Bahn (S9) in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Ebenfalls erreicht man 2 Supermärkte innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß.

The flat is located in a quiet and green area. Plänterwald and Treptower Park are reachable by foot. Perfect for dog owners :).
The bus lines 165/166 and 265 are within a 5 minute walking distance and the closest s-bahn (S9) is reachable within 10 minutes by walking.
There are two supermarkets reachable within 5 minutes by walking.
