Ich untervermiete meine Zweizimmerwohnung von Samstagmorgen, 4.5, bis Donnerstagnachmittag, 9.5. April. Sie ist gut ausgestattet mit Dingen wie Küche, Waschmaschine, Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Schnelles WIFI, einen flexiblen Hochstuhl und eine Kindermatranze nebst Bettzeug gibt’s auch.
Das Apartment befindet sich im dritten Stock im Hinterhof - die Straße ist also nicht hörbar. Die Fenster sind nach Osten/Südosten ausgerichtet, am Morgen und am Vormittag scheint sehr schön die Sonne hinein. Balkon ist vorhanden. Das Bett ist 1,60 Meter breit.
Die M4- und M10-Tram ist praktisch vor der Tür, zu Fuß ist man an der S-Bahn „Greifswalder Straße“ in acht Minuten. Zum Kollwitzplatz ist’s zu Fuß eine Viertelstunde, dort ist donnerstags und samstags Markt.
I sublet my two-bedroom apartment as of Saturday May 4th until Thursday May9th. It is well equipped with kitchen, washing machine, linen, towels etc. There is also fast WIFI, a flexible high chair and a children's mattress along with bedding.
The flat is located on the third floor in the backyard - so the street is not audible. The windows are oriented to the east/southeast, in the morning and in the morning the sun shines in very nicely. There is also a balcony and a bicycle, even though you're more likely not to use them at the same time;) The bed comes with a width of 160cm.
Tram (M4, M10) is a two minute walk, S-Bahn “Greifswalder Straße” is eight minutes to the north. Plenty of shops and restaurants are around the corner. It's a fifteen-minute walk to Kollwitzplatz, where the market is held on Thursdays and Saturdays.
Die M4- und M10-Tram ist praktisch vor der Tür, zu Fuß ist man an der S-Bahn „Greifswalder Straße“ in acht Minuten. Zum Kollwitzplatz sind es zu Fuß ca. 12 Minuten, dort ist donnerstags und samstags Markt. Den nächsten Späti gibt's nach ungefähr 100 Metern.
