Hi,
wir vermieten unsere gemütliche, möblierte Wohnung in der Nähe der S Prenzlauer Allee im Juni 2024. Ohne das kleinste Zimmer, in dem wir unsere Sachen verstauen würden, ist sie etwa 60m2 groß und verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer (perfekt für Homeoffice), ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Balkon (und Hängematte ;) ), einen Flur, ein Bad und eine Küche. Außerdem gibt es eine Wasch- und Spülmaschine. Ich suche jemanden (1-2 Personen, Einzelperson oder Paar, Freunde), der oder die in diesem Zeitraum hier wohnen möchten, auf die Wohnung Acht geben und sich etwas um die Pflanzen kümmern möchten. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, aber dennoch zentral. Verkehrsmittel, Restaurants, Cafes, Bars und Supermärkte sind alle in 5 min Reichweite (3min bis S Prenzlauer Allee). Außerdem ist sie voll ausgestattet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden, sowie sämtliche Kochutensilien.

We rent our cozy furnished apartment near the S Prenzlauer Allee in June 2024. Excluding the smallest room where we would store our stuff, it is about 60m2 and has a living room (perfect for working from home), a large bedroom with balcony (and hammock ;) ), a hallway, a bathroom and a kitchen. There is also a washing machine and dishwasher. I am looking for someone (1-2 people, single person, couple, friends) who would like to live here during this period, take care of the apartment and take some care of the plants. The apartment is very quiet, but still centrally located. Transportation, restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets are all within 5 min reach (3min to S Prenzlauer Allee). It is also fully equipped. Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as all cooking utensils.
