Wir bieten die Zwischenmiete unserer gemütlichen Wohnung im begehrten Stadtviertel Prenzlauer Berg in Berlin an. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Küche, ein Badezimmer, einen Balkon und zwei Zimmer, wobei während der Untervermietung nur ein Zimmer verfügbar sein wird.
Während der Untervermietung ist die Wohnung voll möbliert und beinhaltet einen Fernseher, eine Internet (Wi-Fi) Verbindung, eine Waschmaschine, einen großen Kühlschrank und eine Spülmaschine.
Die Wohnung wird ab dem 15. November bis zum 31. Januar verfügbar sein. Die Kosten betragen 900 € pro Monat und eine Kaution von 1000 € ist erforderlich. Die Untervermietung ist nur für den gesamten Zeitraum (2.5 Monate) möglich.

We are offering the sublet opportunity of our cozy apartment situated in Prenzlauer Berg, one of Berlin's most sought-after neighborhoods. The apartment has a kitchen, one bathroom, a balcony and two rooms, although only one room will be available during the sublet.
During the sublet, the apartment will be fully furnished, including a TV, internet (Wi-Fi) connection, a washing machine, a large fridge, and a dishwasher.
The apartment will be available from the 15th of November until the 31st of January. The cost will be 900 € per month and a deposit of 1000 € is needed. The sublet is only for the complete 2.5 month period.
