Meine Wohnung ist im Prenzlauer Berg. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss zum Hinterhof gelegen, somit ist sie schön ruhig und man bekommt nichts vom Straßenlärm mit. Die Wohnung ist saniert und durch die abgehängten Decken wird sie im Winter schnell warm. Der Boden ist ein schöner Fischgrätenparkett und verleiht der ganzen Wohnung einen warmen und ästhetischen Charme. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Zimmer und einer geräumigen und gemütlichen Wohnküche. Das Bad hat eine große Dusche sowie einen großen Spiegel, welcher den Raum öffnet und das eigentlich kleine Bad viel größer erscheinen lässt. Ebenfalls hat die Wohnung eine große Terrasse, welche zum Hinterhof gelegen ist – perfekt um Sonne zu tanken.

My flat is in Prenzlauer Berg. The flat is on the ground floor facing the backyard, so it is nice and quiet and you don't hear any street noise. The flat has been renovated and the suspended ceilings make it warm quickly in winter. The floor is a beautiful herringbone parquet and gives the whole flat a warm and aesthetic charm. The flat consists of a large room and a spacious and cosy eat-in kitchen. The bathroom has a large shower and a large mirror, which opens up the space and makes the actually small bathroom seem much larger. The flat also has a large terrace facing the backyard — perfect for soaking up the sun.
The photos are not quite up-to-date. We can have a little digital tour and I can show you my apartment.

Die Wohnung liegt im zentral gelegenen Winsviertel im schönen und berühmten Prenzlauer Berg. Hier gibt es alles, was das kulinarische und kulturelle Herz begehrt. Restaurants, Bars, Cafés, Kinos, Theater, Boutiquen und Galerien sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Ebenfalls ist der Kollwitzmarkt am Mittwoch und Samstag nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
Der Mauerpark, mit dem bekannten Flohmarkt am Sonntag, der große Volkspark Friedrichshain sowie der Berliner Alexanderplatz mit dem legendären Fernsehturm sind zu Fuß oder mit der Tram – welche direkt vor der Haustür ist – problemlos zu erkunden. Zum Hauptbahnhof, zur bekannten Museumsinsel und zur Friedrichstraße fährt man nur 15 Minuten.

The flat is centrally located in Winsviertel in the beautiful and famous district Prenzlauer Berg. Here you can find everything your culinary and cultural heart desires. Restaurants, bars, cafés, cinemas, theatres, boutiques and galleries are within walking distance. Likewise, the Kollwitzmarkt on Wednesdays and Saturdays is only a 5-minute walk away.
The Mauerpark, with its famous flea market on Sundays, the large Volkspark Friedrichshain as well as Berlin's Alexanderplatz with the legendary TV tower can be easily explored on foot or by tram – which is right outside the front door. The main train station, the famous Museumsinsel and Friedrichstraße are only 15 minutes away.
