Unsere Wohnung ist 92qm groß und liegt im Erdgeschoss eines Altbaus. Die Wohnung umfasst 3 Zimmer, plus einen Abstellraum der teilweise zur Verfügung steht. Die Wohnung ist perfekt geeignet für ein Paar das auch teilweise/komplett remote tätig ist, da 2 Arbeitsplätze vorhanden sind.
Die Wohnung wird möbliert und mit Elektrogeräten ausgestattet untervermietet. Zusätzlich sind auch mehrere Pflanzen in der Wohnung um welche sich gekümmert werden muss.
Zu dem Mobiliar gehört: Bett, Kleiderschrank, Esstisch, Couch, Couchtisch etc.
Zu den Elektrogeräten gehört: Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kühlschrank, 2x Homeoffice Ausstattung, Waschmaschine & Trockner, Fernseher etc.
Der Zeitraum der Untermiete kann nicht verlängert/verkürzt werden. Sonstige Kosten beinhalten Internet, Strom und GEZ.

Our apartment is 92 square meters and is located on the first floor of an old building. The apartment has 3 rooms, plus a storage room which is partially available. The apartment is perfect for a couple who also works partly/completely remotely, as there are 2 workplaces.
The apartment is sublet furnished and equipped with electrical appliances. In addition, there are also several plants in the apartment which need to be taken care of.
The furniture includes: bed, closet, dining table, couch, coffee table etc.
The electrical appliances include: kettle, toaster, refrigerator, 2x home office equipment, washing machine & dryer, TV etc.
The subletting period cannot be extended/shortened. Additional costs mentioned include Internet, Electricity and GEZ.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Top Lage! Die U2, Ring- & S-Bahnstation Schönhauser Allee, sowie die M1 und M12 können innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht werden. Eine Vielzahl schöner Kaffees, Bars und Restaurants sind in der Umgebung zu finden.
Obwohl es eine sehr lebhafte Gegend ist, befindet sich die Wohnung in einer kleinen Seitenstraße welche Tags- und Nachtsüber ruhig ist.

The apartment is in a top location! The U2, Ring- & S-Bahn station Schönhauser Allee, as well as the M1 and M12 can be reached within 3 minutes. A variety of nice cafes, bars and restaurants can be found in the area.
Although it is a very lively area, the apartment is located in a small side street which is quiet during the day and at night.
