- einen großen Eingangsbereich mit Garderobe und Esstisch
- sowie einer großen Wohnküche mit angrenzender Terrasse (ca 10qm, Südseite).

Hey, I'm renting out my fully furnished 4-room attic apartment in the Scandinavian quarter of Prenzlauer Berg because I have to leave Berlin for work.
The apartment is fully equipped and has
- two bedrooms (one large with a 160cm bed, a small room with a 140cm bed)
- a living room with TV
- a bathtub-shower room with washing machine
- a guest toilet
- a large entrance area with wardrobe and dining table
- as well as a large kitchen-living room with an adjoining terrace (approx. 10 sqm, south side).
Die Wohnung liegt verkehrsgünstig zwischen den Bahnhöfen
- Gesundbrunnen (DB-Fernbahnhof mit FEX zum Flughafen nonstop in 30 Minuten, Ringbahn, OW / NS Knotenpunkt)
- Bornholmer Straße (S-Bahn und Tram) und
- Schönhauser Allee (S-Bahn und Tram).
Es gibt fußläufig zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Rewe, Aldi, Einkaufszentren), Cafés und Restaurants, sowie Apotheken, Bäcker, Kitas etc.
Zur Kopenhagener Straße und zur Gleimstraße, sowie zum Mauerpark kommt man in wenigen Minuten. Stargarder Straße und Helmholzkiez sind ebenfalls fußläufig in ca 15 Minuten erreichbar.

The apartment is conveniently located between the train stations
- Gesundbrunnen (DB long-distance train station with FEX to the airport non-stop in 30 minutes, Ringbahn, OW / NS junction)
- Bornholmer Straße (S-Bahn and tram) and
- Schönhauser Allee (S-Bahn and tram).
There are numerous shops within walking distance (Lidl, Rewe, Aldi, shopping centers), cafés and restaurants, as well as pharmacies, bakeries, daycare centers, etc.
It takes just a few minutes to get to Kopenhagener Straße and Gleimstraße, as well as to Mauerpark. Stargarder Straße and Helmholzkiez can also be reached on foot in about 15 minutes.
In den Kosten enthalten sind sämtliche Nebenkosten wie
- Heizung
- Warmwasser
- Strom und
- Internet (250 Mbit Leitung von PYÜR).
GEZ ist nicht enthalten und muss vom Mieter selbst angemeldet werden.
Die direkten Nachbarn sind sehr nett und auch das Verhältnis zu den anderen Mietern und Bewohnern des Hauses ist gut und man hilft sich gegenseitig z.B. bei der Entgegennahme von Paketen.
