The Appartment is 60 square meter and has 1 Bedroom and 1 Livingroom and costs 800€ per month. It also has a separate kitchen and one Bathroom. The Appartment is at the Kollwitzplatz-Prenzlauer Berg (Wörtherstrasse).
Streetcars/ elect. Tramway, Metro (S-Bahn) and Underground are only a few minutes away. You also walk only a few minutes to the next Supermarket, to some movies, bars, Restaurants & Clubs.
The Appartment is in the Backgard of a typical Berlin Old Building. It`s very quiet and both rooms have beautiful hardwood floors.
The Living room has two big windows, a big, whtie american sofa with a coffee table, a commode and also a TV, DVD- and VHS recorder. The Bedroom also has two big windows. A kingsize bed, a big clothet, a big mirror and an armchair.
The kitchen includes everything you might need. It also has a big window, an oven, a Dishwasher, Dishes, a separate freezer, a refrigerator, a little Table and 2 chairs.
The huge Bathroom also has a big window, a Washingmashine, and a commode.
The Rent includes a Wireless Highspeed Internet Access. International telephone calls are an extra.
The security for rent is 800€. You can rent the appartment for 2 or 3 month. An extension is possible.
