Es gibt ein großes Zimmer (ca 25 qm) mit 140 Bett und Schlafsofa und ein kleines Zimmer (ca. 12 qm), das allerdings nicht zur Vermietung steht.
Das Bad hat eine Wanne.
Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und eine Spülmaschine.
Wlan ist installiert.

Ofrecemos un piso en el barrio de Prenzlauer Berg, un barrio con ambiente bonito para pasear las calles, muchas tiendas pequenas, cafes, parques...cerca del Mauerpark y Kulturbrauerei.
Es un piso con mucha luz y buen ambiente.
2 habitaciones con 2 camas y 1 camasofa. Una habitacion de aquila, no obstante el piso completo es para ti, puedes usar la cocina con lavavajillas. Tambien hay lavadora. El apartamento está completamente equipado.
Es un piso no-fumador.
Por favor respeta a los vecinos - no fiestas. Rogamos regar nuestras plantas.
Está muy bien situado - Tramvia M10 delante la casa, M2 muy cerca, Metro U2, Cercanias tambien cerca - asi que puedes llegar donde quieras facilmente!
Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Prenzlauer Berg, in unmittelbarer Nähe des Helmholtzplatzes. Die direkteste Haltestelle ist Tram M10 Husemannstrasse oder U 2 Eberswalder, bzw. S-Bahn Prenzlauer Allee. Die Wohnung ist in ruhiger Hinterhauslage im 3. Stockwerk, ohne Fahrstuhl.
Viele touristisch interessante Orte sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist mitten im schönen Helmholtzkiez mit vielen kleinen Läden und Cafes.

Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert, da ich sie nur für einen kurzen Zeitraum untervermiete. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden.
Bitte keine Party-Menschen. Die Nachbarn sind zu respektieren ;-)
Die Miete ist pauschal berechnte mit Nebenkosten inklusive.
Ich verlange ein Kaution von 100.- zur Sicherheit. Die Kaution wird nach Übergabe wieder ausgezahlt.
