Sie ist vollmöbliert, inkl. Wasch- und Spülmaschine, Sofa, Schrank, großer Schreibtisch. Sie liegt im Hinterhof und innerhalb von 5 Minuten ist man an der U-S Schönhauser Allee.

Hi there,
I am offering my apartment for short term from the 28th February to 23rd of March. It is fully furnished including washing machine and dish washer.
It`s location is in the Stargarder Straße, which is one of the nicests streets in Berlin to live in :)
A lot of restaurants, bars and cafes around. With U2 and circle line you can get anywhere fast!

U2 and the cirlce line are close by, same as M10 and M13. The location itself is very nice with a lots of very good restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. It takes 10 minutes with the train to Alexanderplatz, 15 minutes to Ostkreuz. The Mauerpark is in walking distance, the same as many other nice places like Helmholzplatz or Kollwitzplatz.
I am available in the evening, please contact me via Mail. I would want to have the money in advance since I made bad experience with last minute cancellations. I can hand over the spare keys earlier than the moving in date.
I will delete the offer when it is not available anymore.
