Die ruhige, sonnige, 40 m2 Wohnung liegt auf der 4ten Etage des Hinterhauses und hat einen grossen Balkon und Türfenster.
Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet, sodass Du Deinen Besuch und Deine Erkundungen in Berlin hier gemütlich starten kannst.
Dabei helfen Dir die Strassenbahn (M1, M2 und M10) und die U-Bahn U2.

The apartment is on the 4th level of the rear building. It has a big balcony and windows that go from the hard wood floor to the ceiling so that a warm and quiet ambience fills the place.
It is fully equipped and furnished.

This neighborhood is the place to be in Berlin filled with people from various countries and art scenes. This area is known for its multicultural dining opportunities, bar hopping, shopping, galleries, cafes and parks. Very close by you'll find the popular flea market at the park called "Mauerpark".
Alexander Platz is just 3 metro stations away!

The public transportation is great as well!
