ich bin im Dezember nicht in Berlin und vermiete deshalb für 1 Monat meine 3-Zimmer Berliner Altbauwohnung im Prenzlauer Berg (Prenzlauer Allee Ecke Danziger Str). Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock, hat einen Balkon, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, auch wlan.
in 5 min ist man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln am Alexanderplatz, in 15 min am Hauptbahnhof, die Tram hält direkt vor dem Haus, zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es 2 min Gehzeit.
Die Miete beträgt 980 €/Monat, 500 € Euro sind Kaution.

I´won`t be in Berlin in Decembre , that`s why i search someone to stay in my 3room oldBerlinstyle flat in Prenzlauer Berg (Prenzlauer Allee corner to Danziger Strasse). The flat is located in the second floor, has a balcony, a washing machine, a dish washer and wlan.
It takes you 5 minutes to Alexanderplatz with public transport, that stops right infront of the house.
supermarket is just a two minutes walk and there is also a 24h shop next to my house.
the rent is 980 € per month and i would charge a deposit of 500 €
