Es befindet sich direkt im Herzen vom Prenzlauer Berg und ist gleich 2 min von Tram und 4 min von U und S Bahnhof entfernt. Dadurch ist die Wohnung der Ausgangspunkt für Clubs, Bars, Restaurants, Shopping und Sightseeing in Berlin. Prenzlauer Berg gilt als DER Szenebezirk der Stadt und hat die Party und Nachtszene überhaupt. Dadurch sind die Straßen Tag und Nacht voll mit vielen Menschen und Touristen und dennoch ist die Wohnung in deren Parallelstraße ruhig gelegen.
Zu Tram oder der S+Ubahn sind es nur 2-3 Gehminuten. Ein Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke, sowie mehrere Spätshops und Bäcker.
Von der Danziger Strasse kommt man schnell und bequem in die ganze Stadt. So ist man sowohl schnell an der Friedrichstraße/Checkpoint Charlie/ Kurfürstendamm als auch am Alexanderplatz, sowie mit der Partytram M10 im Szenebezirk Kreuzberg/Friedrichshain.

In der Warmmiete sind alle Kosten, wie auch Strom enthalten.

The best the city has to offer. The apartment sleeps 1 people and all the usual features (kitchen/bath/shower/electricity) are included. The apartment is situated close to S-Bahn and U-Bahn and Tram, which is the heart from Prenzlauer Berg. In the neighborhood are a lot of clubs in the city and the most and different restaurants and bars. Ubahn, Sbahn and bus stops are all within 1-3 min walking distance, and it's just a hop to Alexanderplatz, the Friedrichstraße and Kurfürstendamm-heart of Berlin. I am looking only to rent the apartment for a longer period of time.

The entire house is equipped with all necessary furniture.
