Beautiful flat to rent in Prenzlaueurberg

We have to leave our beautiful flat in Schönhauser Allee. So we are looking for someone interested to take it back with our furniture. The flat has only 1 bedroom (big enough for 2 people). But what we did as we wanted to do a WG, we set up in the huge living room a new "bedroom" with big bed and hidden with curtains (see on the picture). We have lived there for 6 month and it was perfect.
So if you are 2 friends and want to do your own WG it is perfect for you !
Le flat is big enough, anmelundung possible, well furnished, really closed to public transport (U2 5min to Alexanderplatz, S8, RING S42-41, M1 M10 closed, M50...). A lot of späti around and a REWE 2min walk open until 23:30.

But if you are a couple a single person who is looking for a huge flat for him, it is also fine. You can have the bedroom and we will put out the curtains in the living room and you will have a big living room. As you want !

For internet and electricity it was ar. 50€ more in total, so it is not expensive !
For the furniture, we sell them. But all of them in the same time, not separated. Let´s see for the price !

Bonjour à tous,

Nous devons quitter notre bel appartement de Schönhauser Allee le 1 Décembre 2018. Nous sommes donc à la recherche d´une personne (ou plusieurs) personnes intéressées pour reprendre le bail. L´appartement ne comporte qu´une seule chambre (assez grande pour 2 personnes). Mais nous étions 2 amies, et nous avons trouvé la solution de mettre une personne dans la chambre et l´autre dans le salon. Nous avons aménagé une partie du grand salon en chambre /cocon cachée par des rideaux épais, cousus main. Tout inclu cela nous revenait à moins de 650E par personne.
Nous avons meublé l´appartement avec goût, la cuisine est totalement équipée, les chambre également.
Comme nous partons, nous revendons le mobilier en une fois, le prix global est à discuté.


Bien sûr si vous êtes un couple ou une personne seule voulant un appartement avec une seule chambre, c´est également possible. Nous enleverons le cocon du salon et vous pourrez profiter du grand salon.

L´appartement est très bien situé, les transports publics sont à 3min (U2 qui vous amène à Alexanderplatz en 5min, S8, S42-42 RING, M1, M10 pas loin...), anmeldung possible, cave, grand jardin à partager, calme et sécurisé...
