Wir sind ca. einmal im Monat für ein Wochenende zu Hause. Du hast somit die Wohnung mit 55qm (eigentlich 75qm aber minus meinem Zimmerman) also für dich allein.
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Dein Zimmer ist vollständig eingerichtet (inkl. Bett, Schrank, Couch, Fernseher etc.). Von dort aus geht auch der Balkon ab! Die Wohnung ist in Summe 75 qm groß. Die Wohnküche ist ca. 25gm groß. Dein Zimmer ist knapp 23qm groß. Unser Zimmer hat ungefähr die gleiche Größe (etwas kleiner). Es gibt ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Waschmaschine, Tageslicht.
In den Nebenkosten enthalten sind Heizung, Warmwasser und Strom und Internet.
Die Lage ist ziemlich perfekt und besticht durch eine super Anbindung an die Öffis mit 10min Fussweg zur Schönhauser Allee (S41, 42, 8, 85, U2) und 12min zum Gesundbrunnen. Supermarkt und zahlreiche Späti auch gleich nebenan.
Das Haus und die unmittelbare Umgebung ist eher familiär und ruhig, jedoch nur einen Katzensprung vom belebten Mauerpark entfernt. Das bringt mich noch zu einem anderen Thema- bitte keine Haustiere, sorry :-)
