Subletting my spacious, quiet apartment in Prenzlauer Berg for up to 7 nights between June 15 and June 22.
Listed price of 45€/night is for a full week stay. 60€/night for a minimum of 3 nights stay. For something in between, please write and we can work something out :)
It's an original Berlin flat with really nice high ceilings, wooden floor and a balcony.
It's located in the inner courtyard, so you don't hear any noise from the street. It's on the top floor, so it's amazing how quiet the apartment is (the only shared "wall" is the downstairs neighbor).
You have to go up to the 4th floor, there is no elevator so this is something to be aware of.
It's great for up to 2 people working from home as both the bedroom and living room have a desk, high-quality office chair and monitor.
All rooms are equipped: high speed internet, 2 work stations with monitors, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave, oven - no TV however.
The couch in the living room can also be used as a sleeping couch.
The flat is located in a perfect combination between convenience and connection.
In 4-6min walking distance you'll find: 4 supermarkets, 1 bio shops, 2 amazing coffee shops (honestly, 4.5 and 4.6 ratings on google), 3 really good restaurants.
If you walk 10min you are entering a Kiez-Area, with even more coffee shops and restaurants.
Lots of pick-up or delivery options for food.
You can get to many famous and interesting parts of Berlin within a very short time.
There is a direct train to Alexanderplatz, it's 2min from the flat (you don't hear or see the train). It takes you 15min to be at the heart of Berlin.
Within 5min walking distance you are at the Ringbahn (train going around the city), from where you can get anywhere in Berlin. For example, Ostkreuz is 15min away.
It takes 22min to get to the Main station. 20min to get to Mauerpark.
