Please read the whole message before responding. I am looking for a place to live with my partner, and this apartment is only suitable for one person as the landlord is only comfortable with such.
I offer my sunny apartment in Prenzlauerberg, the apartment is:
- 40m2, not including the big balcony
- 1 bedroom
- Cold rent 450, warm rent 620
- south facing, has sun all day long in the summer, and whatever light the Berlin winter offers
- Separate kitchen
- 4th Floor, no elevator
- Altbau, with wooden floor and high cielings
- Unlimited contract
- Nice neighbors
- Quite part of Prenzlaur Berg but very close to the bustling area of pberg, friedrichshain and mitte

- 2 or more rooms
- maximum 1500 EUR, unless the apartment is very special

The apartment is located between Greifswalder Sbahn and Prenzlauerallee Sbahn.
M4 is 4 minutes by foot which takes you to Alexanderplatz in 10 minutes. M2 is 10 minutes by foot, M13 and M12 are a 15 minute walk away from the apartment.
Close to all supermarkets! Edeka, Rewe, AlNatura, Netto, Lidl, Penny, and Aldi are all walking distance.

Die Wohnung befindet sich zwischen der Greifswalder Sbahn und der Prenzlauerallee Sbahn.
Die M4 ist 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und bringt Sie in 10 Minuten zum Alexanderplatz. M2 ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß, M13 und M12 sind 15 Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt.
Alle Supermärkte in der Nähe! Edeka, Rewe, AlNatura, Netto, Lidl, Penny und Aldi sind alle zu Fuß erreichbar.
The landlord must agree to the new tenant so all documents have to be ready to send to him. I am looking for the perfect next apartment and I am flexible with time so please know there is no rush in the moving dates from my side.
The apartment itself is perfect for one person and the space can be used in a better way than is displayed in the photos. I have too much furniture and belongings! There is, however, a cellar as well as an built-in additional storage space above the entrance way.
Ideally I would like to live on a higher floor, but if there is a ground floor apartment with a garden, I would consider.

Der Vermieter muss dem Nachmieter zustimmen, also müssen alle Unterlagen bereit sein, um sie ihm zu schicken. Ich bin auf der Suche nach der perfekten nächsten Wohnung und ich bin zeitlich flexibel, also gibt es von meiner Seite keine Eile bei den Umzugsterminen.
Die Wohnung selbst ist perfekt für eine Person und der Raum kkönnte besser genutzt werden, als auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Ich habe zu viele Möbel! Es gibt aber auch einen Keller sowie einen eingebauten zusätzlichen Stauraum über dem Eingangsbereich.
Idealerweise würde ich gerne in einem höheren Stockwerk wohnen, aber wenn es eine Erdgeschosswohnung mit Garten gibt, würde ich das in Betracht ziehen.
