Hi! We are renting our bright and peaceful apartment from the 17th of December 2022 to the 28th of February 2023 as we will be away for this period. The apartment is on the fourth floor accessible by lift, has a big bedroom with floor to ceiling windows facing an open inner courtyard, a small south facing bedroom, a bright living room with a large, south facing balcony, a large fully equipped kitchen, newly renovated bathroom and a spacious hallway.
Ideally we would like to find quiet, respectful tenants (many families with young children living int the building) who would also not mind watering our plants (would only be once a week). The price includes all utility costs as well as internet and TV.

Hi! Wir vermieten unsere helle und ruhige Wohnung im Zeitraum vom 17.12.2022 bis zum 28.02.2023 da wir in dieser Zeit aus Berlin weg sind. Die Wohnung im 4.OG mit Aufzug verfügt über ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Bodenfenstern mit blick auf einen offenen und großen Innenhof, ein kleines nach süden orientiertes Schlafzimmer, ein gemütliches und helles Wohnzimmer mit zugang zum großen Südbalkon, eine große und vollausgestattete Küche, ein renoviertes Bad und ein geraumiger Flur.
Wir suchen ruhige und respektvolle Leute (es wohnen mehrere Familien mit Kleinkindern) die auch unsere Pflanzen giessen könnten (einmal die Woche). Im Preis sind alle nebenkosten sowohl TV und Internet enthalten.
The building is located in a very peaceful and quiet neighbourhood with very little traffic, surrounded by parks and green areas, and is a ten minute walk away from Samariter Kiez and Frankfurter Tor to the south and a 5 minute walk away from Landsberger Allee to the north. Rewe, Aldi and a small organic grocery all within a 5 minute walk radius. There's also a Kaufland less than half a mile away. Trams (M4, M5, M6, M8 and M10) as well as SBahn (Ringbahn, S8) All within a 5-10 minute walking distance.

Das Gebäude befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend mit sehr wenig Verkehr, umgeben von Parks und Grünflächen. Nach Süden befinden sich der Samariter Kiez und Frankfurter Tor etwa 10 minuten zu Fuß entfernt, nordlich ist Landsberger Allee in 5 minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein Rewe, ein Aldi und ein kleiner Bioladen sind in der nähe. Es befindet sich ein Kaufland auch halbe kilometer entfernt. Trams (M4, M5, M6, M8 und M10) als auch Sbahn (Ringbahn, S8) sind in 5-10 minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Pets are welcome, no smoking allowed (except on the balcony), no parties.
