3 room apartment, one of the rooms is free now. It is clean and spacious, without moisture or bad odors. Big kitchen, big bathroom with shower and bathtub. We have a storage room with access from the kitchen, a terrace (uncovered, in the inner yard but only we have access to it) and a cellar (spacious, dry and reasonable clean).
The area is clean and quiet and the people inhabiting it are the same so it's a great place to come back to and relax. Having a walk around is also a nice experience because there are a few parks nearby (closest one being 2 minutes away) and also small coffee shops, bakeries and spaetis (closest spaeti is 5 minutes away). Lidl is 7 minutes away, Rewe is 10 minutes away and Arkaden shopping center is 12 minutes away. The later is at Schoenhauser Allee station (so 12 minutes walk) and next to the Lidl is the Bornholmer Str station.
The person applying should have a stable job and be willing to assume the Hauptmieter role (I am a Hauptmieter already but 2 are required by the landlord). They should be responsible, clean and respectful toward the other tenants. If you consider yourself an extremist (political, religious etc), please do NOT apply. To determine the right person we will meet and have a conversation/interview where you can also see the apartment but we will also talk before as necessary.
There might be some things I forgot to mention so feel free to ask. I am looking forward to meet another good flatmate! Thank you for your time!
