Die Wohnung eignet sich für Leute, die aus beruflichen Gründen für zwei bis zweieinhalb Jahre nach Berlin kommen.

I am renting out a refurbished apartment with floorboards on the 2nd floor of a listed residential complex south of Schäfersee in Brienzer Strasse from may or june until the end of December 2026: two rooms, bathroom, balcony and a spacious kitchen with high-quality equipment. (fridge-freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, wall units, extractor hood and additional kitchen cupboard).
The apartment is suitable for people who are coming to Berlin for two to two and a half years for professional reasons.
Please let me know why you are looking for a temporary apartment.
The apartment is not suitable for WG (shared flat).

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse, nur ein paar Schritte vom Schäfersee und dem historischen Park entfernt. Die U 8 – Haltestelle Franz-Neumann-Platz – ist 400 Meter entfernt, eine Bushaltestelle etwa 200 Meter. Das Kombibad Seestraße mit großem Hallen- und Freibad ist fußläufig zu erreichen.
The apartment is located in a quiet street, just a few steps away from Schäfersee and the surrounding historic park.
The subway U8 – Franz-Neumann-Platz stop – is 400 meters away, a bus stop about 200 meters.
The public swimming pool "Kombibad Seestraße" with a large indoor and outdoor pools is within walking distance.
Abgesehen von der Küchenzeile ist die Wohnung nicht möbliert. Eine einfache Teilmöblierung (Tisch, Stühle, Bett) ist nach Absprache möglich, jedoch keine Ausstattung mit Geschirr, Wäsche usw. Bei Abschluss eines Mitvertrags wird eine Mietbescheinigung für das Meldeamt ausgestellt.
Bitte schreiben Sie mir etwas über sich und was Sie beruflich machen. Und nehmen Sie sich Zeit – die Wohnung wird nicht an die Schnellsten vermietet :-)
Zur Zeit ist die Wohnung noch bewohnt, eine Besichtigung wird im April möglich sein.
Apart from the kitchen, the apartment is unfurnished. Simple partial furnishing is possible by arrangement (table, chairs, bed), but no full equippment with crockery, linen etc.
A rental certificate for the registration office will be issued.
Please tell me something about yourself and what you do for a living etc. And take your time – the apartment is not rented to the fastest :-)
The apartment is currently rented out, viewings are possible by arrangement in april.
