The appartment is located in a beautiful and calm part of Reinickendorf, 6 minutes away from the U-Bahnhof Residenzstraße. There are lots of cafes, restaurants and shopping opportunities around. The flat itself consists of a large living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, a big bathroom and a balconee with a nice view and a table/chairs for sitting and enjoying the view, or smoking a cigarette (as the flat is not meant for smokers).
Other than that, I am not really having any strict rules or wishes. Just be respectful to your surroundings and the neighbours. :) I speak English, German,so the communication wont be an issue. Last but not least, the photos. RN I am abroad and I will upload some nice pics from the flat, as soon as I get back to Berlin, which will be on the 31.27. :-) Feel free to contact me at any time and we can gladly meet so that you see the appartment - it is rly cool......
It is equipped with everything that you need for a normal life, the telly goes with me however :) As I will be out of town for approxomately 1,6- 3 months, I am looking for someone to take care of the place and to help me out to cover at least a part of the monthly expenses that I am paying for it. Due to the fact that this is a short-time rental, a registration (Anmeldung) will not be possible. The deposit of 400€ you'll be getting back the last day, as it is really just to cover up for potential bigger damages. Smoking on the balconee, tidiness and taking care of the furniture and appartment keys are all that I am asking for.
