Hello everyone!
I'm subletting my big cozy apartment for three weeks. I am looking for a tidy person, who is also a plant lover to take care of my plants. I would also prefer a vegan person, but not a must.
Period: 06.06 - 25.06
Price: 1100€
Kaution: 500€
The apartment is 68m2 and fully furnished. It has all the necessary household appliances: dishwasher, microwave, blender, juice maker, washing machine, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron.
There is also a huge beamer in the living room to enjoy a movie in the evening 😌
What's more, I have a meditation spot if you want to unwind from a long day.
The main priority will be given to one person, but I'm open to considering a couple as well because the place is perfect if you are visiting for vacation.

The location is very convenient to go to the city center. Direct line to the Alexanderplatz, Brandenburger Tor, and other sightseeing.
7 minutes walk to S-Bahn Nöldnerplatz

A bus station is just around the corner (30 30-second walk)
Supermarkets nearby: Rewe, Kaufland, Edeka
Several stops by bus to OBI and a gym.
It's important for me to keep the place tidy and clean. This is what I expect from you. I will also ask you to water my plants. They are very precious to me.
