Ich möchte ein wunderschönes kleines Apartment mit 2 Räumen für den Zeitraum von 2 Monaten (01.02. - 31.03.) vermieten. Die Wohnung befindet sich nahe von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und ist dennoch super ruhig.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert und wie folgt ausgestattet:

* Offene Küche, Ess- und Wohnbereich
* Küche: Backofen, zwei Herdplatten, Kühlschrank und kleines Gefrierfach
* Essbereich mit Tisch und 2 Stühlen
* Couch
* Balkon ohne Möbel
* separates Schlafzimmer mit 1,20 x 2,00m Bett
* Schreibtisch ist im Schlafzimmer vorhanden
* Bad mit Dusche
* WiFi
* Waschmaschinen und Trockner sind im Haus vorhanden, ebenso ein Fahrradraum

Vermietet wird die Wohnung ohne meine persönlichen Dinge wie Handtücher, Deko, etc.

Gesucht ist eine ruhige und zuverlässige Person, die behutsam mit dem Inventar umgeht. Das Apartment wird nur an 1 Person vermietet.

I want to let a beautiful tiny apartment with 2 rooms for a 2 months period (1st of Feb till 31st of March). It is close to a some stores and public transportation but is still very calm.
The apartment is furnished and stuffed as follows:

* Open kitchen, dining and living room
* kitchen: ofen, 2 cooktops, fridge and a small freezer
* dining area with table and 2 chairs
* couch
* balkony without furnitures
* separate bedroom with a 1,20 x 2,00m bed
* desk is available in the bedroom
* bath with shower
* wifi
* washing machine and dryer are available in the house, also a room for bikes

The apartment is let without my personal things like towel, accessories, etc

I am looking for a calm and reliable person who handles the inventory carefully. The apartment is let to only 1 person.
