My name is Lara! I am renting a big room in a 2 room apartment located in Schillerkiez. (800 mts U8- Boddinstraße)
About me
I am fluent in English, and I am currently learning German (it would be great to practise it at home).
I am a social person, so I am looking for a roommate with whom I can do more than just share the kitchen and bills. It would be great to cook together, go out for meals, have drinks, or enjoy a morning coffee while still respecting each other's privacy and personal space. I am looking for someone who shares this approach to shared living and doing things together.
While I am not fanatical, I do value living in a clean and well-organised space.
My principle is to leave things and places as I found them.
Furthermore, I adhere (mostly) to a vegan/vegetarian diet. Hence, it is important to note that cooking meat at home is not allowed (just for rare special circumstances)
Summary:
· Move-in day: July 17th, 2023.
· Monthly rent estimate: 600€ plus extras (PLus: internet + electricity = 52,5)
· deposit: 1200€
· Looking for a 3-6 month commitment (possibility to extend if everything goes well)
