In unmittelbarer Nähe sind bekannte Plätze wie: Viktoria-Loiuse-Platz (1min), Wittenbergplatz (4min), Nollendorfplatz(10min), KaDeWe(5min), der Ku'damm(10min) Cafés und Restaurants direkt in der Straße oder nur wenige Häuserecken entfernt. Sehr schöner Kiez mitten in Berlin!

The apartment is equipped with personal furniture (see pictures). Therefore I am looking for a person who is very clean and responsible.
The apartment is furnished and ready for occupancy and can also be used directly.
The apartment is located in an old chic Berlin building (3rd floor / side wing) with high ceilings (3.9 meters) and lots of light. It is calm and therefore optimal to relax after work or to find your peace.
Known places (Viktoria-Loiuse-Platz / Wittenbergplatz) such as KaDeWe or Ku'damm are in the immediate neighbourhood.
I look forward to your messages and ask for a first impression. Everything else with a personal appointment in the apartment or virtual (Skype/Zoom).
The rental period is limited.

The apartment is in a very nice Area and yet right in the middle of Berlin's "Weststad". It's only few steps to the KaDeWE, Kurfürstendamm and all the hot spots are quickly done. The beautiful Viktoria-Luise-Platz with its fountain and meadows is just around the corner! Cafés and restaurants are located in the street or only nearby. This neighborhood is known as an upper area by Berliners. A small island of calm in the action.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr schönen ruhigen Gegend und doch direkt am Geschehen der Berliner West-City. Zum KaDeWE sind es wenige Minuten, der Kurfürstendamm wie alle Szenehotspots sind schnell erreicht. Der schöne Viktoria-Luise-Platz mit seinem Springbrunnen und Wiesen ist gleich um die Ecke! Cafés und Restaurants sind direkt in der Straße oder nur wenige Häuserecken entfernt. Unter Berlinern gilt dieser Kiez als sehr beliebt und besonders schön. Eine kleine Insel der Ruhe mitten im Geschehen.
