Geräumige 2-Zimmer-Wohnung zur Miete in Schöneberg

Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei schöne Zimmer. Zum Grundstück gehört auch ein Keller, der ausreichend Stauraum bietet.

Da ich kurz davor bin wegzuziehen. Ich suche nachmieter, der auch meinen Mietvertrag übernimmt

1. Alle Möbel und die meisten Einrichtungsgegenstände auf den Fotos, mit Ausnahme der persönlichen Gegenstände natürlich.

2. Diese Gegenstände werden in einem kostenpflichtigen Möbelvertrag vollständig aufgeführt und sind, sofern genehmigt, Bestandteil der Wohnungsübernahmebedingungen.

Die endgültige Entscheidung trifft die Hausverwaltung. Aber zuerst basierend auf meinen Empfehlungen.
