Die Wohnung verfügt über WLAN, TV, Kaffee und alle aufgeführten Sachen unter Austattung, die Ihren Aufenthalt angenehm machen. Der Eingang zur Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Obergeschoss mit Wintergarten. Vom Flur aus gelangen Sie rechts in das Badezimmer und in die Küche. Geradeaus ist das Wohnzimmer mit dem Wintergarten auf der linken Seite, das Schlafzimmer ist durch das Wohnzimmer auf der rechten Seite zugänglich. Von Bad, Küche und Wohnzimmer mit Wintergarten blicken Sie auf die vordere Hauptstraße, daher ist es ab dem Morgen immer hell , wenn die Sonne aufgeht bis zum Abend, wenn die Sonne untergeht. The apartment is located at U subway station Bülowstr. It is perfect for couples or best friends. Since you access the bedroom through the living room it is not as ideal for shared living.
The apartment has wifi, TV, coffee and all the amenities listed that will make your stay enjoyable. The entrance to the apartment is located in the second floor with a conservatory. From the hallway you can enter thebathroom, and kitchen to the right. Straight ahead is the living room with the conservatory to the left, The bedroom is accessible through the living room to the right. The bathroom, kitchen and living room with the conservatory you look out at the front main street so it is very light and the sun shines in. The two large windows in the living room face the street, so it is always bright, from the morning, when the sun comes up until the evening, when the sun goes down. The nearest grocery store REWE is 3 minutes walking distance. However, there is also a turkish supermarket right across the street. Otherwise, there are numerous restaurants, cafes and bars in the area. Because of the proximity to Postdamer Platz many popular hotels are situated around this area. In this area you will definitely never be bored but even if you decide to go to other nice districts you will be (thanks to the great access) in Kreuzberg, Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshain, Neukölln, Wedding etc. in no time.
