ich fliege am 12. Januar für 2 Monate nach Afrika und suche einen zuverlässigen und vertrauenswürdigen Zwischenmieter für meine gemütliche VOLLMÖBLIERTE 2-Raumwohnung in Berlin-Spandau. Ihr könnt alles nutzen, was drin steht, solange ihr es gut behandelt!:)
Schlüsselübergabe wäre am 11.01., aber ihr könnt euch die Wohnung gerne schön eher anschauen kommen. Ruft mich einfach an und dann können wir alles weitere klären.

Hey traveller/students/everybody who needs an appartment,
im leaving Germany for 2 month next tuesday, 12th jan. to go to Africa. So I´m looking for trustworthy and reliable tenants for these two month in my cosy 2-room-appartment in Berlin-Spandau.
It´s fully-furnished and you can use everything if you handle it like it´s your´s!:)
You can come to see the appartment from tomorrow and you could move on the 12th of january (get the keys on the 11th).
