I bought this calm apartment in particular for public transit, the highway, the parks just in front, with Tennis and PingPong, the oldest church of Berlin. The entire neighbourhood is nice but not fancy. Ideal for working people who rely on short link to the city west, Schöneberg, Kreuzberg, high speed train and the airport.

FOOD:
Very cheap good food from ALDI, Lidl etc. everything walkable. Fast food as well at the U6 Subway station (Halal Chicken, Döner, Pizza, Curry Wurst, Sushi,..)

THE BEST THING:
The huge Tempelhof Airport, now public parc, just 5 min drive by bike! The biggest green spot in Berlin. U can just roam hours on the landing strip where the US airforce saved our souls in 1948,...
