(English below) Aufgrund eines Auslandsaufenthaltes suche ich ein/eine verantwortungsbewusste(n) Zwischenmieter/in für meine möbilierte 2-Zimmer Wohnung. Ein etwas verlängerter oder verkürzter Zeitraum wäre auch abstimmbar. Auch Paare sind willkommen.
Die Wohnung liegt im 3.0G im Hinterhaus zu einem kleinen 2. Innenhof gerichtet. Es ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung mit einem Wohnzimmer mit TV, (Schlaf-)Couch und einem ausziehbaren Esstisch für bis zu 6 Personen und einem schönen Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett (180x200 cm), Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und großem Spiegel. Die Küche hat einen kleinen Essplatz direkt am Fenster und ist mit den üblichen Gegenständen ausgestattet (Elektroherd, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, usw.). Der Flur bietet viel Stauraum; das Duschbad mit Fenster ist klein aber fein.

Due to vacation abroad I am looking for a responsible tenant for my furnished 2-room apartment for the time 6/9/17- 6/20/17. We can talk about a somewhat extended or shortened period, too. Couples are also welcome. The apartment is located in the 3.0G in the rear building to a small 2nd courtyard. It is a non-smoking apartment with a living room with TV, (sofa bed) and a dining table for up to 6 people and a nice bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm), wardrobe, desk and large mirror. The kitchen has a small dining place directly at the window and is equipped with the usual items (electric stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, washing machine, etc.). The hallway offers plenty of storage space; The bathroom with shower and window is small but fine.
Die Wohnung liegt im Moabiter Kiez, nähe U-Bhf Birkenstraße. Sie ist ruhig zum Hinterhof gelegen und sehr gut an den öffentlichen Verkehr angebunden: 5-10 Minuten zu S-Bahn (Ring-Bahn) , U-Bahn (U9) und Bus (TXL und weitere). In wenigen Gehminuten sind sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (z.B. Edeka bis 22 Uhr, Kaisers, Penny bis 24 Uhr) erreichbar.
Das ZK/U (Zentrum für Kultur und Urbanistik) ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und lädt tagsüber und abends zu interessanten Veranstaltungen und im Park zum Entspannen ein. In dem Kiez triff man viele Studenten und junge Familien an. Es gibt eine schöne alte Markthalle, nette kleine Bars und Cafés direkt in der Nähe. Die Rehberge und die Spree sind nicht weit und eignen sich gut zum Joggen, Fahrrad fahren, Picknicken, Frisbee spielen usw..

The apartment is located in Moabit, a trendy neighborhood. It is quietly located to the backyard and very well connected to the public transport: 5-10 minutes to S-Bahn (Ring-Bahn), subway (U9) and bus (TXL and others). Within a few minutes walk you can reach all shopping possibilities (for example, Edeka open until 10pm, Kaisers, Penny until 12pm). The ZK / U (Center for Culture and Urbanism) is only a few minutes walk away and offers interesting events during the day and in the evening. Many students and young families live in the neighborhood. There is a nice old market hall, nice little bars and cafes right nearby. The Rehberge park, Tiergarten and Spree are not far and are well suited for jogging, cycling, picnics, Frisbee play, etc.
Da ich nur für kurze Zeit im Ausland bin, werde ich die Wohnung komplett eingerichtet vermieten. WLAN und Telefon inklusive.
