Da wir beruflich bedingt für 2 Jahre ins Ausland ziehen, vermieten wir unsere Wohnung für den Zeitraum vom 28.03.24 – 30.03.26 unter. Wir suchen hierfür nette und vertrauenswürdige Menschen, die während unserer Abwesenheit gut auf sie aufpassen und mit Leben füllen bis wir wieder da sind.
Unsere Wohnung ist gemütlich und hat alles, was man zum Leben braucht: ein voll möbliertes Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, Badewanne und Waschmaschine. Ein weiteres kleineres Zimmer kann als Gästezimmer, zweites Schlafzimmer oder Ähnliches genutzt werden. Das Highlight ist vor allem im Sommer die großzügige Terrasse in den Innenhof sowie ein kleinerer Balkon in entgegengesetzter Sonnenrichtung auf die Straße hinaus.
Anfallende Nebenkosten wie Strom, Gas und Wasser erheben wir nicht pauschal, sondern rechnen nach Verbrauch ab. Ihr bezahlt also lediglich, was ihr auch tatsächlich verbraucht.

As we are moving abroad for 2 years for professional reasons, we are renting out our apartment for the period from 28.03.24 - 30.03.26. We are looking for nice and trustworthy people who will look after it during our take good care of it and fill it with life until we are back.
Our apartment is cozy and has everything you need to live: a fully furnished living room and bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower, bathtub and washing machine. Another smaller room can be used as a guest room, second bedroom or similar. The highlight, especially in summer, is the the spacious terrace facing the inner courtyard and a smaller balcony the opposite direction of the sun, facing the street.
We do not charge incidental costs such as electricity, gas and water as flat rate, but charge according to consumption. So you only pay for what you actually use.
Die 3-Zimmer-Wohnung hat ca. 72 qm und befindet sich im Hochparterre in der Nähe des S-Bahnhofes Baumschulenweg im Stadtteil Treptow-Köpenick mit sehr guter Anbindung an die Stadtteile Neukölln, Friedrichshain und Lichtenberg. Der Treptower Park ist nicht weit und der Plänterwald, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Lidl, Rossmann, dm) sind fußläufig erreichbar. Trotz der Köpenicker Landstraße um die Ecke ist, geht es ruhig zu um die Wohnung.

The 3-room apartment has about 72 square meters and is located on the mezzanine floor (Hochparterre) close to Baumschulenweg S-Bahn station in Treptow-Köpenick with very good connections to Neukölln, Friedrichshain and Lichtenberg. Treptower Park and Plänterwald are not far away, restaurants and shops (Edeka, Lidl, Rossmann, dm) are within walking distance. Despite the Köpenicker Landstraße being around the corner, it is quiet around the apartment.
Uns ist es wichtig, einen guten Draht zu unseren künftigen Zwischenmieter:innen zu haben. Einen Teil unserer Sachen schließen wir in einem weiteren Zimmer ein, worauf wir bei gelegentlichen
Heimatbesuchen zugreifen können möchten.
