Couple is renting a room with balcony, appr. 25sqm, in a light apartment, non-smoking. Available from middle of July 2010.
The 69-sqm 2-room apartment is located in Berlin-Mitte, 4th floor (no elevator) very close to the hip Mauerpark and Schönhauser Allee and the closest Metro-stations are Berlin-Gesundbrunnen (as well possible connections with DB to other cities in Germany or Europe) or Voltastrasse. Berlin Tegel airport is very close, 15min by car.
The apartment provides a bathroom with bath tub as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Your room includes a bed (140cm width), a table with chair, bed sheets, sofa and a set of keys (more furniture available on request). And a balcony. Furthermore included is unlimited access to high-speed internet (wireless), telephone and TV. The total price of € 500,00 EUR/month covers all costs for one person including heating, gas, electricity, hot water, internet (W-Lan). The other room will be empty, but locked, as we need it to keep our stuff.
