Die Wohnung hat nur 1Zimmer, was ca. 20qm groß ist, plus eine kleine Küche, in die bequem ein Tisch und 2 Stühle passen und ein Bad mit Badewanne und Fenster.
Ich suche:
1,5-2Zimmer in Wedding, Moabit, Teltow, Schöneberg o.ä.für bis zu 380 Euro warm, drunter wäre noch besser
Badewanne ist ein Must have, Balkon wäre schön
bitte ausschließlich Tauschangebote, die daran interessiert sind ihre Wohnung ohne doppelt Miete zahlen zu müssen loszuwerden und planen im Mai bzw.Juni umzuziehen, melde mich anfang April zwecks gegenseitiger Besichtigungen
