The next supermarket (KAISERS) is located close to nearest metro stop Pankstrasse, 500m from the apt. It is open Mo - Sat 11.30 pm, very well sorted and also provides organic groceries. Little Turkish grocery stores and bakeries for fresh bread, sheep cheese, tomatoes and olives are all over. Also you will find very good arabic falafel and shawarma and of course a delicious turkish restaurant / take out (IMREN 2). The Uferstudios for contemporary dance are reachable within a minute.
The Wedding neighbourhood belongs to Berlin-Mitte. It is the direct neighbour district of Prenzlauer Berg, which can be reached easily by bike within 10 minutes. The underground line 8 (Pankstrasse, only 3 minutes walk from Apt.) also takes you anywhere in no time (to Berlin - Mitte: Rosenthaler Platz + Hackescher Markt, Alexander Platz; to Berlin Kreuzberg: Kottbusser Tor; to Berlin-Neukölln: Schönleinstrasse, Hermannplatz).
