Ich vermiete meine sehr schöne Altbau Wohnung für drei Wochen von 12 März - 1 April. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für ein Paar oder auch eine Person. Es gibt ein sehr großzügiges Wohnzimmer und etwas kleineres Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Balkon. Beide Zimmer schauen nach Süden und sind sehr hell. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit alles was man braucht, und Badezimmer mit Wanne gibt es auch.
Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, mit park vor der Tür, und schöne jogging Möglichkeiten am Kanal entlang. In 2 Minuten erreicht man Anrumerstrasse (U9), oder in 10 Minuten Leopold platz (U6). Es gibt ein paar nette restaurants und bars um die Ecke, aber die Gegend ist eher ruhig.
Die Miete für die gesamte Zeit ist 670, darin sind alle Kosten enthalten - Internet, Strom, Gas, usw. Besichtigungen können wir gerne Abends in der Woche vereinbaren.
