The sublet-space consists of two very big rooms (a lounge with great balcony), kitchen and bathroom. WiFi is available as well as blankets and towels.
Washing machine and dishwasher available. Bathroom with bathtub/shower.
Due to the fact that there is no lift in the building, the apartment is ideal to keep fit (five floors are not for bad knees). There are some plants which would appreciate watering and a bit of love.
We are looking to rent to maximum two people (friends or couple). No pets!

The apartment is very well located to reach all main Berlin's attractions. Two metro stops are between 4/7 minutes walking distance, by bus is possible to reach the central station in less than 15 minutes, the S-Bahn (Ring) is also at walking distance. There is a lake 10 minutes far if cycling (less than half an hour if walking) with a huge park next to it. Various nice playgrounds are around the corner and also a wide choice of restaurants and bars. The main road with many shopping possibilities is also at walking distance.
We are a family of four planning to be away for some time and looking for nice people to enjoy and take good care of our apartment in Berlin.
