Meine Wohnung ist recht kompakt, die Zimmer sind nicht all zu groß aber mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und perfekt für zwei Personen. Der Balkon ist im Sommer den ganzen Tag besonnt und schön grün! :-)
Jedes Zimmer + Balkon ist zum Süden ausgerichtet und sehr hell. - In jedem Raum gibt es Rollladen! :)
every room is facing the south therefor its super bright when the sun is out. There are roller-blinds in every room :)
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, denn zum Haus führt eine Einbahnstraße, die eigentlich nur von den Einwohnern genutzt wird. Praktisch um die Ecke befindet sich die belebte Osloer Straße und die Pankstarße. Die Tram und die U-Bahn Stationen sind 600 Meter entfernt. Es fährt die U9 und die U8 an der Osloer Straße, zusätzlich fährt die Tram M10 am Louise-Schröder-Platz. Der Gesundbrunnen (Ringbahn) ist fußläufig etwa 20 min entfernt, mit der U8 nur 4 Minuten.
Fußläufig sind im Wedding viele Bars, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zur Auswahl. Der Louise-Schröder-Park ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
In etwa 25 Minuten ist man mit der u8im Herzen Kreuzbergs, in 10 Minuten in Berlin Mitte, mit der U9 ist man in 10 Minuten am Bahnhof Zoo.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut angebunden.

The apartment is located in a very quiet area because there is a one-way street leading to the house, which is mainly used by residents. Just around the corner, you'll find the bustling Osloer Straße and Pankstraße. The tram and subway stations are about 500 meters away. The U9 and U8 lines stop at Osloer Straße, and additionally, the M10 tram runs at Louise-Schröder-Platz. Gesundbrunnen (Ringbahn) is about a 20-minute walk away, or just 4 minutes by U8.
Within walking distance in Wedding, there are many bars, restaurants, and shopping options to choose from. Louise-Schröder-Park is only a 5-minute walk away. (Its's soooo beautiful there)
You can reach the heart of Kreuzberg in about 25 minutes and Berlin Mitte in 10 minutes.
The apartment is very well connected.
