Die Wohnung ist eine schöne Altbauwohnung. Es gibt zwei Zimmer, einen kleinen Balkon, ein Bad mit Dusche und einer Waschaschiene und eine Küche. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. OG und es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl. Ich werde die Wohnung voll Möbliert lassen, also alles wichtiige ist Vorhanden. In meinem Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Esstisch als auch ein Schreibtisch, das Sofa kann auch als Bett genutz werden und die Wohnung somit zu einer WG umfunktioniert werden.

The apartment is a beautiful old building. There are two rooms, a small balcony, a bathroom with shower and a washing machine and a kitchen. The apartment is on the 1st floor and there is no elevator. I will leave the apartment fully furnished, so everything important is available. In my living room there is a dining table as well as a desk, the sofa can also be used as a bed and the apartment can thus be converted into a shared flat.

Die Wohnung liegt in Weißensee. 4 Minuten entfernt befindet sich die Straßenbahn mit der man innerhalb von 7 Minuten am S-Bahn Ring ist und innerhalb 20 Minuten am Alexanderplatz. Es ist ein sehr Familiäres Viertel, mit einer Grundschule und einem Kindergarten in der Nähe.
Fußläufig sind Rossmann, Edeka, Aldi und Netto zu erreichen.

The apartment is located in Weißensee. The Straßenbahn is 4 minutes away and takes you to the S-Bahn Ring in 7 minutes and to Alexanderplatz in 20 minutes. It is a very familiar neighborhood, with an elementary school and a kindergarten close.
Rossmann, Edeka, Aldi and Netto are all within walking distance.

Ich werde für 3-4 Monate im Ausland sein, die genauen Daten können auch nochmal etwas angepasst werden damit es für uns beide passt.
In alle Wohnungen um mich herrum leben Familien mit kleinen Kindern, die man Tagsüber auch mal hört. Es ist demnach wichtig, dass das kein Problem für dich ist und du auch dementsprechend abends nicht zu laut bist.
