In einem Zimmer befindet sich ein 1,40er Doppelbett; im zweiten Zimmer ein Schlafsofa, dort steht auch ein Fernseher (DVB-T) sowie ein Ess- bzw. Schreibtisch. Von dort geht es auf den Südbalkon mit schönem Blick. Dieses Zimmer kann auch als zweites Schlafzimmer genutzt werden.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit einem Herd (4 Kochfelder) mit Backofen, Kühl- u. Gefrierschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Geschirr etc. Ein kleiner Tisch sowie eine kleine Abstellkammer sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Auf Wunsch können Bettdecken + -wäsche sowie Handtücher gestellt werden.
Eine Waschmaschine im Keller des Hauses kann gegen Gebühr mit benutzt werden.

The roof-top flat with balcony is about 65 m² and offers a great view over green gardens. The flat is newly renovated in 2014 and available from August. The flat is fully furnished.
One room has a 1,40m double bed; in the other room is a fold-out sofa bed, a TV (DVB-T) and the dining table. This room has access to the balcony which opens to the south and offers a nice view. This room can be used as a second bedroom, if needed, e.g. for flat-sharing. In that case, a second desk can be added in the bedroom if necessary.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and an oven, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric cattle, dishes etc and a small table. A storage room is attached.
Blankets and bed lines are available upon request. A washing machine in the basement of the house can be used for a fee.
Ruhige Wohngegend, fußnah (5min) zum S-Bahnhof Nikolassee (S1/S7), von dort aus sind es 20 min in die Berliner City oder nach Potsdam. Auch der Autobahnanschluss "Spanische Allee" (Avus, A 115) ist schnell zu erreichen.
Sowohl FU Berlin, TU Berlin und Uni Potsdam sind schnell mit dem ÖPNV zu erreichen!
Am S-Bahnhof (ca. 400 m Entfernung) befinden sich Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurant usw.
Weiterhin sind es nur ca. 7 min zum Schlachtensee und dem angrenzenden Grunewald: ideal zum Joggen, Baden, Spazierengehen oder Radfahren. Auch das Strandbad Wannsee ist in ca. 15 min zu erreichen.

Quiet residential area, train station “Nikolassee” with access to S1 and S7 is within 5 minutes walking distance, trains take about 20min into the city of Berlin or to Potsdam main station.
The autobahn exit “Spanische Allee” (A 115) is close as well.
The Universities FU and TU (Berlin) as well as the University of Potsdam are reachable in good time with the public transport.
A supermarket, a bakery and restaurants are close by at the train station (about 400 m).
The lake „Schlachtensee“, which lies in a forest, is only a 7min walk away. It’s great for walking, running or bike tours. The bathing beach “Strandbad Wannsee” is just a 15min walk away.

The flat has electric heating with a separate electric meter. The payment will be by consumption (the rent includes 145 EUR as advance payment; the actual cost can be higher/lower depending upon your consumption.)

A payment of 50 EUR is charged for the final cleaning after moving out.

The flat has a telephone connection, which can be used after registration with a telephone company. There is no internet/Wifi in the flat.
