Sublet 2 room beautiful Altbau for 1 month(April)

Hello folks,

I'm traveling for one month and would like to leave my apartment in trustworthy hands from 1st April to 30th April 2024. The apartment is located on Lütticher Str, 13353, Wedding with a big park nearby. Its located 7mins walk from U6 Seesstr and 10mins walk from U9 Amrumer str.

I would like to rent out the apartment (Altbau 65m², 2 rooms, big kitchen, large bathroom with shower) fully furnished within the specified period. Take a look at the photos, please read my text carefully and feel free to get in touch.

If the apartment is out of your budget but you're still a little in love with the apartment, say hello anyway. A good gut feeling and a relationship of trust are more important to me at this time, so maybe we can find a solution.
I would be happy if you could water the plants.
There’s small bakery and a Späti around the corner, lots nice places to eat and drink and some supermarkets(REWE, Lidl, Kaufland, Bio markt and some Turkish supermarkets) as well.

I am ideally looking for upto 3 people to take up my place for the entire duration. A couple, a small family with one kid(not a toddler) is also fine. They need to be responsible, neat and tidy. I am a Vegetarian so you can not cook meat with my kitchen utensils. I hope you respect that.
Rent is €800/month including internet, electricity, heating etc.
Deposit is €600 which will be returned after moving out.
