Sie ist ideal für Singles, Paare oder enge Freunde.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, das Bad ist schön und hat eine Badewanne & einen Waschtrockner. Es gibt einen großen Balkon und einen ganz kleinen. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt & die Lage traumhaft.
Da es sich um eine Dachgeschosswohnung handelt, hat man einen herrlichen Ausblick auf Berlin, samt Fernsehturm. ✨
S-Neukölln, S-Sonnenallee & U-Karl-Marx-Str. sind in der Nähe. Cafés, Restaurants & Co. direkt am Platz.
Ich habe noch kein Wifi in der Wohnung, da ich selbst gerade erst eingezogen bin. Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl & eine Anmeldung ist nicht möglich.

I’m subletting my beautiful apartment directly at Richardplatz from 22.1. to 15.3.24 - maybe even until 23.4.24.
It is ideal for singles, couples or close friends.
The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom is nice and has a bathtub & washer dryer. There’s a large balcony and a very small one. The house is very well maintained & the location is fantastic.
As it is an attic apartment, you have a wonderful view of Berlin, including the TV tower. ✨
S-Neukölln, S-Sonnenallee & U-Karl-Marx-Str. are nearby. Cafés, restaurants & co. right on the square.
I don't have wifi in the apartment yet as I've just moved in myself. There is no elevator & registration is not possible.
