TAUSCH/SWAP Die Wohnung liegt in der Hochparterre (EG) und hat 2 geräumige Zimmer, ein Bad mit Badewanne und Fenster, eine Küche mit einer neuen Einbauküche (1 Jahr alt) und einem Balkon auf Sonnenseite. Sie ist sehr gut isoliert (ich kam oft komplett ohne Heizung aus) und durch die großen Fenster äußerst hell. Der Holzboden (Dielen) ist gut gepflegt. Das Haus ist nicht sonderlich hellhörig und die Nachbarn sind sehr ruhig. Vor meinem Einzug vor 3 Jahren habe ich alle Wände neu in weiß gestrichen, außerdem wurde der Herd vor kurzem ausgetauscht. Vor dem Haus sind Fahrradstellplätze und Parkprobleme für mein Auto hatte ich ebenfalls selten.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and has 2 spacious rooms, a bathroom with a bath tub and a window, a kitchen with a new fitted kitchen (1 year old) and a balcony on the sunny side. It is very well insulated (I often got along completely without heating) and very bright due to the large windows. The wooden floor (floorboards) is well maintained and the neighbors are very quiet. Before I moved in 3 years ago, I repainted all the walls in white, also the stove was recently replaced. In front of the house are bicycle parking spaces and parking problems for my car I also had rarely.
ÖPNV: Die Wohnung ist etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom S-Bahnhof Köpenick entfernt, von welchem man mit der S3-Linie direkt und zügig ins Zentrum fährt (10 Minuten zum Ostkreuz (und Ringbahn), 12 Minuten zur Warschauer Str., 20 Minuten ohne Umstieg zum Alexanderplatz). Bushaltestelle und Tram sind in Sichtweite von der Haustür.
Einkaufen: Penny und Edeka liegen beide etwa 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das große Shoppingcenter "Forum Köpenick" liegt etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt mit allen Geschäften, die man sich wünschen kann.
Freizeit: Etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß liegt ein großes, wunderschönes Waldgelände, perfekt für ausgedehnte Spaziergänge. Mit der Tram ist man in wenigen Minuten an der Dahme am Wasser und am Rathaus Köpenick mit der malerischen Altstadt.
Public transport: The apartment is a 5-minute walk from S-Bahnhof Köpenick, from which you can take the S3 line directly and quickly to the center (10 minutes to Ostkreuz (and Ringbahn), 12 minutes to Warschauer Str., 20 minutes without changing to Alexanderplatz). Bus stop and tram are within sight of the door.
Shopping: Penny and Edeka are both about a 3-minute walk away. The large shopping center "Forum Köpenick" is about 5 minutes walk away with all the stores you could want.
Leisure: About 10 minutes is a large, beautiful forest area, perfect for long walks. With the tram you can be at the Dahme at the waterfront and at the town hall Köpenick with the picturesque old town in a few minutes.
Ich biete meine Wohnung NUR zum Tausch an. Ich suche eine Wohnung (1 oder 2 Zimmer) innerhalb des Rings, am liebsten Prenzlauer Berg, Charlottenburg, Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain, ist aber kein Muss. Mein Maximalpreis liegt bei max. 900 Euro warm. Andere Anforderungen habe ich erstmal keine :) Über die (Teil-)Übernahme meiner aktuellen Einrichtung können wir gerne reden.
I offer my apartment for exchange/swap ONLY. I am looking for an apartment (1 or 2 rooms) within the s-bahn ring, preferably Prenzlauer Berg, Charlottenburg, Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain, but that's not a must. My maximum price is 900 Euro warm. I have no other requirements for now :) About the (partial) takeover of my current interior we can talk.
